As you no doubt already know, pets need to get exams on a yearly basis, just like humans. What you may not know, however, is just how important these exams are to your pet’s health. The exams that we conduct at our practice are quite comprehensive, which allows us to catch many possible health issues early. This could result in less discomfort and a more positive outcome for your pet.

We also perform both spay and neuter operations at our practice. We normally perform these operations on puppies or kittens. However, we do sometimes spay or neuter adult dogs and cats. We have extensive experience with these operations, so we know how to minimize the discomfort to your pet. These operations are usually outpatient procedures, so we can usually send your pet home on the day of the surgery.

Vaccinations are very important for dogs and cats. Without these vaccinations, disease would spread rapidly from pet to pet. We want to avoid this, so we regularly vaccinate dogs and cats for rabies, distemper, and more. We often include vaccinations as part of your pet’s yearly exam. There are also certain vaccinations that puppies and kittens need to get at a young age.
