Post-graduation, he started his career in New York, where he bought a practice and worked until moving to Florida in 2007. Dubbed our in house celebrity, he was the host and writer for the News 12 Long Island, “The Family Pet”, a weekly series about pets. After moving to Florida, Dr. Greenfield tried retirement for a few months only to realize he wasn’t cut out for that lifestyle. He started working relief at different hospitals around Southwest Florida until officially joining the AWCB team in January 2020. In his spare time, Dr. Greenfield enjoys spending time with his wife, scuba diving, and rowing.
Kylie has been a veterinary technician for 7 years while also being a mom to three kids, two dogs, and going to school for psychology. Her dream is to one day work with veterans with PTSD. Until then she loves caring for all of our patients here at the clinic and being a valuable asset to the AWCB team.
Angela’s passion for animals started at a young age growing up on a farm Eulfa, Alabama. She has worked in the veterinary field since 1993 working her way up through general practice, speciality medicine, and emergency medicine. With 26 years of experience, she is a true asset to the AWCB team. Outside of work Angela enjoys showing springer spaniels in confirmation, grooming, dog training, and of course hanging out with the love of her life, Joy….her prized springer spaniel.
Tahny, as she is referred to in the clinic, is a graduate of veterinary technician school and for three years worked as an overnight emergency technician. She now works for AWCB manning the front desk and taking care of all of our client's needs. A native of Aruba, Tahny loves scuba diving, fishing and spending time with her 7yr old daughter .
Animal wellness center of bonita warmly welcomes Kristina to our medical team! Born and raised in Chicago, IL, Kristina moved with her family to Southwest Florida in 1995. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and her Associates Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing from Florida Gulfcoast University in 2008. After working for the State Attorney's Office in Collier County, and interning for a criminal defense attorney in Naples and the Public Defender’s Office in Fort Myers, she discovered that criminal justice no longer appealed to her and decided to pursue her passion and childhood dream of working with animals. She began by volunteering with local rescue groups, and working with the Humane Society of Naples. Kristina has been volunteering/working in the field of veterinary medicine since 2005. Currently residing in Bonita Springs with her boyfriend, Chris, their four cats: Vito, Chester, Cassie and Zak, and their Golden Retriever, Addison (Addi), Kristina is an avid Florida Gators, Florida Everblades, Chicago Cubs, Chicago Blackhawks, and Chicago Bears fan. Very involved in animal rescue, Kristina serves on the board of the Golden Retriver Rescue of SW Florida as the medical coordinator. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her animals…watching her favorite sports teams play, going to ice hockey games, the beach, traveling, attending animal rescue events, and going to country music concerts.
