Our careers at Animal Wellness Center of Bonita include an opening for a customer service representative to join our team in our Bonita Springs office. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries and addressing and maintaining extensive product knowledge.

The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction. Responsibilities:

Manage inbound customer communications. Answer incoming phone calls, texts, and emails to address customer questions, requests, and issues.

Consult on customer success. Advise customers on how to successfully leverage the product or service based on their unique needs.

Maintain working product knowledge. Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date, and strategic.

Track interactions in CRM. Record customer interactions in the internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development.

Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent
• 1-2 years proven experience in supporting client success
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
• Passion for delighting customers with above-and-beyond service
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
• Familiarity with eVetPractice software is a plus

Qualifications

• High school equivalency (Required)
• Veterinary experience: 3 years (Preferred)

Animal Wellness Center of Bonita seeks 2 Full-time CVT/Veterinary Technicians to join our team! We are a state-of-the-art, privately owned, small animal practice located in Bonita Springs, FL. Qualities We Are Looking For:

The perfect candidate will have great people and communication skills with a positive, upbeat personality. They will possess a genuine love for animals, be self-motivated, reliable, able to easily multi-task with strong attention to detail and a willingness to help others as part of a team. Priority is given to Certified Technician and those with prior veterinary experience, however, may be willing to train the right person.

Duties:

• Surgical prep and monitoring
• Performing dental prophylaxis and taking dental radiographs
• Radiology
• Patient restraint
• Triaging/obtaining patient history
• Venipuncture and IV Catheter Placement
• Processing lab work
• Cleaning and organizing
• Restraint and animal handling
• Assisting Doctors
• Filling prescriptions
• Client services and education
